Description:
Smooth pale green needle like leaves. A lot softer than the 'Russian' variety with a stronger flavour. Popular for flavouring sauces and fish, chicken and egg dishes. Is said to have been used to relieve headaches, digestive problems and insomnia.
Harvest:
Once about 15cm tall, through the summer months. (At some point in the summer months the flavour can be quite strong)
